Many Event items or rewards are sent to the first character that you log into. If you receive these items on the incorrect character, it may be possible to transfer these items to a character of your choice on your account as long as the items have not been used. If the items are distributed in a package, then the package must remain unopened.
Please create a Support Ticket by clicking the "Submit a Request" button.
Select the "Gameplay" category, and enter a subject for this request. Then, select the "Event and Contest Issues" sub-category.
For us to transfer the Event items, please do the following:
- Place the unopened package into your character Storage by speaking with a Storage Master.
- Provide the name of the character that currently has the package.
- Provide the name of the character that should receive the package.
Once your ticket has been created, please be patient while one of our Game Masters reviews the account.
