If you had unintentionally released one of your Familiars, there is a good chance that it can be recovered.
Please create a Support Ticket by clicking the "Submit a Request" button.
Select the "Gameplay" category, and enter a subject for this request. Then, select the "Character/NPC" sub-category.
For us to determine if this Familiar can be returned, we will need the following information:
- Character that released the Familiar.
- Original name of the Familiar.
- Approximate time and date the Familiar was released.
Once your ticket has been created, please be patient while one of our Game Masters reviews the situation.
